The National Trust’s social accounts are incredibly active, with over half a million followers, as well as members of the public seeking to interact with the brand.
Our role was to manage Facebook and Twitter accounts for the National Trust out-of-hours, dealing with hundreds of enquiries across the weekend adhering to strict brand guidelines.
Working behind the scenes we provided essential support for the in-house team, maintaining a strong brand identity and consistent tone of voice. We also helped hundreds of people enjoy their weekends at a National Trust property.
A country with no past, is a country with no future – and in the UK our history is in good hands with the National Trust. We were happy to play a small part in protecting it.
