Getronics is one of the world’s leading outsourcing firms, with over 75,000 staff committed to delivering digital transformation. The business is going through a transition and wanted to refresh its content. They asked 42group to help optimise content for SEO and establish a clear, confident, and contemporary tone of voice.

We began by producing individual blogs and content for Getronics, covering a wide range of tech topics. We then became the outsourced editorial team, commissioning content and managing the content production process from brief to production.

Our approach brought much-needed clarity to Getronics’ communications, ensuring every piece of content adhered to the new tone of voice guidelines (which we had written, naturally).

As well as editing the tone of voice, we helped to optimise existing content and all new copy for SEO – ensuring it delivered ranking improvements for this global brand.
