Google is all about creating conversations between companies and customers. It was our pleasure to help one of the world’s best-known brands sharpen its copy and content.

Experience design agency CX Partners commissioned 42group to provide content and copywriting support to shape its Customer Centricity Report.

The report had already been written, but we were asked to edit and update it, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and identity. We interviewed members of the team, interrogated information, and delved into the data to shape the final report.
