In August we wrapped up a 6-month project with Newlife, an incredible charity changing the lives of disabled children.
We started with a brief to transform how the charity communicates. Through a series of workshops, we developed the insights we needed to create a new writing guide, brand toolkit, and message framework.
These provided the clarity, inspiration and guardrails for creating content – which we did, writing, editing and optimising over 60 pages.
The new website embodies everything Newlife is and aims to be: bold, supportive, informational and aspirational. It’s a lifeline for disabled children and their families.
Our job wasn’t to define how the charity communicates, but to find consensus among leaders, staff and stakeholders and codify these into a toolkit that can be used across all channels.
It wasn’t easy, or quick, but it was vital. It helps that the team were some of the nicest people and most engaged we’ve ever worked with.
Check out the website and get in touch if your charity website needs a refresh!
